FEATURES

• The upper half of the machine is a sheeter structure with the upper punch die, center die and the lower punch die integrated together, 17 punch dies around arranged evenly on the edge of the turntable, the ends of the upper and lower plunger embedded on a fixed curvilinear guideway. When the turntable rotates, the upper and lower punch die lift or lower following the curvilinear guideway to achieve sheet pressing.
• The main working process: (1) filling; (2) sheet press; (3) sheet output. The three procedures are carried out continuously, the filling and sheet press are provided with the regulation and control units attached with instruction plates to ease operation.
• The machine adopts flow-grid type feed structure enabling materials to fill the plunger hole evenly to reduce the difference between the weight of tablets.
• In the motor device and its housing, the triangular belt drags the worm to drive turntable and a step-less reduction belt wheel is installed on the shaft of the motor. It is possible to regulate the speed at will through moving of the motor. It is safe and reliable in use without noises. 
• On the side of the housing is assembled with a powder suction box, including the blast motor, powder storage chamber and the powder filter chamber. When the machine is running at high speed, flying powder and the dropping powder from the center die shall be generated, which can be excluded with the powder-suck nozzle so as not to be stuck up and obstructed, and the smooth and normal operation can be maintained.

APPLICATION
The machine is a kind of automatic continuous rotary tablet presser, a basic equipment for the industry of pharmacy, chemistry, food and so on to press all kinds of grain shape raw materials into tablets.
It is used to press various round tablets, sugarcoating tablets, calcium tablets and so on in large batches or a small batch of multiple types.
It is not suitable to press semisolid or wet powder grains.
